What is a Toy Ambassador?
Kappa Toys Ambassadors take an active role in educating visitors on tips, tricks, and fun facts about our toys!
Our Toy Ambassadors are certified experts of play. Each ambassador has successfully completed a certification program designed directly with senior leadership of the companies that bring us the toys we love! As a toy ambassador you will also have the opportunity to give our certified brands feedback on toy mechanics, play and new product ideas!
What do Toy Ambassadors do?
Once certified our Toy Ambassadors share their knowledge with visitors at in person interactive play sessions in our store and at special events, and optionally online.
We want all our visitors to feel like they are walking into the home of a friend! Toy ambassadors should be comfortable spending time getting to know our visitors, greeting each guest that walks past them and be willing to invite new guests to join a group, through authentic interactions.
Toy Ambassadors also help make sure the store always feels like a home about to have a party. This means that everything should be tidy because we are expecting guests! And of course our Toy Ambassadors are the experts on all the brands we carry and where they live in the store so they can offer recommendations and point visitors to the right section.
As a Toy Ambassador you should also feel comfortable using a register to assist guests with purchases once the perfect toy has been selected.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
Salary : $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours : 20 40 per week
